November news

The third newsletter already. It doesn't seem five minutes since I was writing the first one.
November sees TMTerrain coming off a very successful October with record monthly sales during any single month since we started three years ago. We have alot of new items arriving this month so we have a chance of beating it again this month.
John Jenkins has his usual monthly release, First Legion will see the next release of Crusaders, American Civil War and the re released French Napoleonic Infantry. Collectors Showcase sees the release of the delayed October release along with a previously unannounced ACW Confederate artillery set.

John Jenkins November releases

John Jenkins Designs has released another strong selection this month and even introduced another new range. In total there are eight new codes adding up to a total of twelve figures adding to six of Johns ranges!

The new range this month is adding to the French Indian War and concentrates on the fighting in and around Fort Tichonderoga.

The first three releases, shown in the pictures above, are of the 42nd Regiment of Foot- the Black Watch. They were involved in the frontal assault by the British Army that resulted in over 2000 British casualties, of which 300 from the Black Watch were killed.
This range will grow over the coming months and will include terrain pieces as well as figures. This is a welcome addition to Johns French Indian War ranges and we are sure will prove to be as popular as the others before.

ACE-10P- Arthur Roy Brown Following the release of the wonderful Sopwith Camel last month we now have the pilot. Captain Arthur Roy Brown flew the plane and is famous for his involvement in the death of Manfred von Richthofen- the Red Baron. ACE-10P shows him just as he is about to get into his plane to take off on another mission. The two pieces will make a striking display and when the Red Baron arrives, hopefully next month, the diorama will tell its own story. At only £20 no World War One collector can do without him!

GDH-04 Gordon Highlanders firingThe very popular Sudan range is added to this month with more Highlanders.GDH-04 adds two Gordon Highlander firing figures. There are now eight Gordon Highlander figures along with the Gatling gun and crew and two Naval brigade riflemen. David is planning the December show display for these figures as they deserve a full display now. We can't wait to see the result.

JR-19JR-19 sees the latest release in the Jacobite Rebellion range. It consists of two very imaginative charging Highlanders- can you see the rear Highlander has dropped his musket and it looks like it is in mid air- a super touch. This set is limited to just 500 so don't delay too long before you pick it up. As usual the set is only £50.

USCH-07- PioneerThe last two releases belong to the Battle of Chippewa and the Quebec range. USCH-07 adds a pioneer to Scott's Brigade. They were a vital part of any army helping with any engineering tasks the army found themselves having to tackle. This demanding work required strong, reliable and intelligent men. This release helps to broaden the range and adds interest and variety. A welcome addition and at only £20 is really good value.

QFM-10Finally this month the addition to the Quebec range- QFM-10- French Marines in Campaign dress, at ready. This set is the first of several new sets of French Marines in Campaign dress. There have been many requests for more French troops for 'Braddocks Defeat' and these will e a perfect addition for those collecting the Monogahela series as well.

Another busy month for First Legion. The Crusaders range sees another multi figure release. The first six have proved to be enormously popular and no wonder when you see them. They are stunning. CRU007 to CRU016 will be in the UK by the end of the month. We can't wait to get them displayed at the London show.
